Colorado Experience: Lost and Preserved in Colorado Springs

Following violent, forced removal of Indigenous populations, Colorado Springs' built environment was been determined by major economic forces. As the city looks back at 150 years, "Lost & Preserved" visits revitalized — and destroyed — iconic buildings from these eras.
